In 2015, he started and built a technology staffing firm with determination to give his clients a better recruiting experience than they are used to, by quickly providing them the best available candidates in their markets and offering them better choices. Oftentimes in recruiting, the client is only left with one candidate they like. His goal is to provide multiple candidate options, where they would make offers to all of them if they had extra positions open.
