Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit CNC programs using CAM software (such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD) to meet production requirements.
• Set up CNC machines, including tool and fixture selection, and machine calibration.
• Perform CNC machine operations such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding to produce precision parts.
• Monitor the production process and adjust programs and machines as necessary to ensure quality and productivity.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Maintain CNC machines by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and programming issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining, CNC programming, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficiency in using CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues.
• Familiarity with various materials, tooling, and machine operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
