Looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Dispatcher, that is looking to kick start their career within the multi-TRILLION-dollar transportation/logistics industry. Training will be provided.

 

  •          $45-50k annually, DOE
  •          Full time/permanent role
  •         8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

 

Day to Day Tasks:

  • Finding and developing relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Providing solutions to customers’ needs
  • Precision execution of customer orders
  • Preparing carriers for loads
  • Tracking status of loads and communicating with shippers
  • Keeping impeccable records and paying attention to the details
  • Learning the transportation marketplace

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED minimum. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Proficient negotiating skills
