Our platform and service help experienced recruiting professionals take their productivity to the next level with the most advanced automated contact search, data enrichment, messaging, and tracking in the market. We have custom built our entire solution to control and track all data from all sources to ensure the most powerful recruiting experience available. Our technical framework is Node, React, JSON, MySQL, Socket.io deployed to AWS. Our product, named EmpowerCRM, is a custom-built, next-generation CRM with automated data gathering, enrichment and parsing systems.
LOCATION (REMOTE)
Our team is based in Pakistan, but this is 100% remote position, reporting to our Chief Product & Technology Officer. You must be able to work from home using your own home office.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)
The Site Reliability Engineer will take ownership of the be responsible for development and maintenance of our enterprise CRM and Application Tracking System (ATS), which automate complete tradecraft of Recruiters. In collaboration with the Development team, you will:

Minimum 3 years of experience designing, deploying, scaling and maintaining MySQL and AWS environments for a live commercial product with 24/7 uptime.

Aim for 100% uptime and enable interoperable systems to quickly recover from any downtime with seamless failovers.

Implement and enhance observability and reporting in the CRM through meaningful logs and visualizations.

Automate software delivery and establish CI/CD best practices to ensure smooth code deployments.

Act as the main DevOps Engineer for the live platform.

Devise systems architecture using technology stack that enables robust, highly available and scalable software.

Help migrate services to AWS cloud, integrating AWS services, including: API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate, AWS ECS, etc.

Migrate mono-lithic architecture to micro-services architecture pattern by decoupling into six completely autonomous modules programmed with granularity for seamless scaling.

Identify vulnerabilities and add security layers in all tiers of our technology stack.

Triage and fix production bugs related to workflows and other business rules.

Work closely with product visionaries and stakeholders, including CEO, CTO and Chief Data Architect to translate requirements into milestones aligned with expectations, business model and available resources.
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

Experience integrating services such as Twilio, Plivo, etc.

Previous experience integrating mail services Microsoft Graph SDK, Sparkpost/Sendgrid, Gmail.
WORK SCHEDULE

Overlap at least 4 hours with U.S team from roughly 8am – 12pm (PST).

Be highly available for instant message and calls.
PAY, TIME OFF & HEALTHCARE BENEFITS
This role pays from Rs. 500,000 to 875,000 per month (depending on experience), with 8 days holiday pay and 15 days annual paid leave. We also provide an additional $75,000 annual stipend for healthcare insurance costs for individuals and families.
